Participants working alongside other attendees must have their own laptop and headphones. Sharing devices is not permitted due to procedures with voting.

Anonymity, Recording Consent & Non-Disclosure Agreement

For the 2026 Annual Business Conference/Meeting • August 6 to 9, 2026

The work of the Conference occurs all year long, not only at the Annual Business Meeting (ABC/M). During the year, the full Conference (Delegates, Board of Trustees members, the Journal editor, F.W.S. office staff) and other members of Conference Committees will need to communicate with each other.

As a member of the Conference, please understand that phone numbers and email addresses are distributed to Conference members on a roster called the 2026 ABC/M Participants List.

A recording of the proceedings of the ABC/M is made by the ABC/M tech team (via the Board Technology Committee) for use by those responsible for producing the ABC/M Minutes. The recording is not posted on any website nor distributed to the Conference or the public. By attending the ABC/M, you acknowledge awareness of such recordings and consent to such for the sole purposes described above.
